Fish Production Worker

About the role
You will be part of a production team working along the line at a modern seafood processing facility in Norway. The work is hands-on and varied, and you will be trained from day one.
Your tasks will include:
- Sorting and grading of fish products
- Packaging and labelling
- Trimming and filleting support
- Manual lifting and handling of product and materials
- Operating production line machinery
- Cleaning and maintaining your workstation to food safety standards
- Supporting the team with general production tasks as needed
What we are looking for
- Physically fit and able to handle a demanding production environment
- Accurate and efficient — you take quality seriously and keep up a good pace
- Comfortable working in cold and wet conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work in the seafood industry
- Basic English communication skills (Norwegian or Scandinavian is a bonus)
- Previous experience in food production, fishing, or industry is an advantage, but not required
- Because our products are shipped by air freight, all staff must meet Civil Aviation Authority security rules. You'll need to provide a police criminal record certificate and documentation of your full work history for the past 5 years.
