About the role

You will be part of a production team working along the line at a modern seafood processing facility in Norway. The work is hands-on and varied, and you will be trained from day one.

Your tasks will include:

• Sorting and grading of fish products
• Packaging and labelling
• Trimming and filleting support
• Manual lifting and handling of product and materials
• Operating production line machinery
• Cleaning and maintaining your workstation to food safety standards
• Supporting the team with general production tasks as needed

What we are looking for

• Physically fit and able to handle a demanding production environment
• Accurate and efficient — you take quality seriously and keep up a good pace
• Comfortable working in cold and wet conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work in the seafood industry
• Basic English communication skills (Norwegian or Scandinavian is a bonus)
• Previous experience in food production, fishing, or industry is an advantage, but not required
• Because our products are shipped by air freight, all staff must meet Civil Aviation Authority security rules. You'll need to provide a police criminal record certificate and documentation of your full work history for the past 5 years.
